How do I place an order?

The shop is currently in development. For all orders including private commissions please contact Rachael to discuss.

Payment and Shipping

This will be dependent upon size and value of the item ordered - an estimate of cost will be provided with the quote for commission. Collection in person is also an option available to all customers.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All orders require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. The final 50% balance will be invoiced upon completion of work and is to be paid prior to despatch or collection of work.

Refund & Returns Policy

Rachael does not offer to Return or Refund work.
